Orchestra Session 31 July 2019

The last session before the summer break. We were set up early, so Jean-Michel and I tried a few things on drums and piano, starting with a beat I couldn't maintain. Good start. We played while the other musicians set their gear up. Tom brought in some interesting bits and pieces for the drum kit. At one point I noticed the recorder batteries needed changing, so I waited for a piece to finish and swapped batteries. It wasn't until some time down the road that I noticed I hadn't pressed record. We were cooking too! I'll have to learn to live with that ...
